Kasauli Attraction : Kasauli Brewery
Kasauli Brewery is a small distillery that is located in outskirts of Kasauli town. In year 1842 the cantonment was established by the British colonial rulers as a hill station.
About Kasauli Brewery
In year 1820, Edward Dyer were established distillery and brewery. The equipment of brewing and distilling were came from England and Scotland that included copper pot stills. Edward Dyer choose this location due to fine spring water available here and the climate at this place was similar to the climate of Scotland. For the purpose of processing Malt Whiskey as fine as Scotch Whiskey, Dyer began distilling India Pale Ale and Malt Whiskey from this brewery

Kasauli Brewery is located just 50 km from Panchkula, 77 km from Shimla and 65 km from Chandigarh. Tourists can reach there while travelling from Kasauli town to Old Kasauli.
