    About Temple : 
    Shrinathji Temple of Nathdwara is dedicated to Lord Krishna, with his image carved out of a single block of black marble. It is religious place of the divinity form of Lord Krishna and is the presiding central deity of the Vaishnava sect known as Pushtimarg. The name of the temple is drived form the head of the clan, the Maharana who is also called as Shriji among his people.

    The temple is referred to as 'Haveli', commonly used in Rajasthan for the mansions of the wealthy merchants.
