About Anasakti Ashram 

Anasakti Ashram is also renowned as Gandhi Ashram. In honour of Mahatma Gandhi,  Anasakti Ashram was constructed. In year 1929, 'Father of the Nation’, Mahatma Gandhi, visited this Ashram. It is an ideal spots for relieving the mind from physical pleasures and sufferings.

 It was during that period Mahatma Gandhi had written the commentary on Anashkti Yog that is called the ‘Geeta-Anashakti-Yog’. So that this ashram is famous as Gandhi Ashram. At present time this ashram is converted into a study-cum-research centre.  Ashram is a very calm and secluded location. Surrounding location of ashram provide the majestic views of Himalayan ranges all around.

Facility:

Ashram have the an accommodation facility with 24 rooms. Here you can see the attached library. Library has the best collection of book and you can read the historical connections with Mahatma Gandhi.
