Tiffin Top is also referred to as Dorothy’s Seat and it is situated at an altitude of approximately 2292 metres atop the Ayarpatta Hill. Tiffin Top or Dorothy’s Seat is a stonework bench, that was built in a memory of English artist Dorothy Kellet and her husband and well wishers after she died in a plane crash. It is a popular picnic spot and is sought after by aspirant painters and photographers. It is a short trek of about 4 kms from Nainital and provides excellent view of the Himalayas and the Nainital town.
