About Bijasan mata mandir or Bijasen Tekdi
Bijasan mata mandir is a sacred shrine and devoted to the nine forms of the Devi – Nava Durga. It is located on hillock in Indore District of Madhya Pradesh, India. In year 1920, Bijasen Tekdi was built. Here a hillock (tekri) has a small temple of Bijasen Mata. There is a small pond opposite the temple, and the place is a popular picnic spot. This temple is provide the spectacular look of the sunset and a exceptional view of city at night.
On the top of this hillock there was a guest house of the Holkars, now transformed into a Border Security Force Arms Museum
Main attraction : During Navaratri a mela is also held here. Many vacationer came here during Navaratri mela
How to reach : Mandir is located just 2 minutes drive from the airport and about 9 km from the railway station
