About Temple

Shri Digamber Jain temple is an ancient jain temple in Jaipur. This temple is jewel of town.This temple was completed in many phases. But according to inscription of V.S. 1011 its last phases was completed in 10th century A.D.

Main Deity of this temple is Lord Adinath (Rishabh Dev), the first tirthankar are supposed to be 4000 years old. The idol is made of local stone, the artistic miracle. Temple has the shikharas style and it is seven storied. In this temple you see the ight Shikharas (Pinnacles). In underground portion of this temple, there is ancient small temple located, which is guarded by the Yaksha (Devas).

The temple is made of red stone with attractive images carved and main gate of this temple is reminds the architecture of famous Delwara Temples of Mount Abu.

Facilities :

In this temple there is a rest House that contains 25 general rooms and 15 deluxe rooms, having a mess also named as Shri Adinath Bhojanalaya.
