Design of Temple
The structure of Tripura Sundari Temple is pagoda style and architectural design follows the Hadimba Devi temple.There is a canopy with a pinnacle at the top, which is crowned by a chhatra. This temple is built entirely of deodar wood. Raja Yashodhapal was constructed this temple. Tripura Sundari temple has many Images of several gods and goddesses.
Main attraction
Sharhi yatra, an extensive fair is main attraction that is held here in the honour of the Goddess in the month of May. This temple has stone idols of Lord Ganesha,Lord Brahma, Lord Vishnu, Lord Narayan, Goddess Lakshmi and Shiva-Parvati. The idol of Tripura Rakshasa of Ashtdhatu can also be seen here. It is 30 cm high
