Legend of this Temple
People believed that Mughal Army find the Santla Devi and her brother, on finding they would not be able to face the Mughal Army. So they gave their weapons and start to pray then a light scintillation and within moments they both transformed into stone images. This event occurred within the fort, after that a shrine was built. On the day of Saturady Goddess transformation into stone so that a special obeisance is paid on Saturdays.
How to Reach
First you reach the Jaitanwala by bus facility then it is a 2 km drive to Punjabiwala by a Jeep or any light vehicle and further it is a 2 km trek from Punjabiwala to the temple.
