    About Lal Tibba
    Lal Tibba or Red Hill, it is also referred to as Depot Hill in Mussoorie is well-known tourist attraction. The name of Depot Hill is derived due to the presence of depot in the region. Lal Tibba is the highest point in Mussoorie and Indian Military services are stationed at Lal Tibba that makes access to the hill restricted. A top of Lal Tibba, the broadcasting stations or towers of All India Radio and Doordarshan are situated.

    Travellers visit the beautiful views of sunrise and sunset at Lal Tibba that give the amazing experience. Lal Tibba boasts of scenic views of sunrise and sunset, which leave the visitors spell bound. 

    A apanese telescope was placed at the tower on a cliff by municipality in year 1967 that offer beautiful views of adjoining places to the travellers. Thorough this telescope one can have a beautiful sight of many peaks in Himalayan range like Kedarnath, Badrinath, Banderpunch etc.

    The hills of Lal Tibba are utterly well-known amongst shoppers too as there various markets in the nearby areas.

    To visit the Lal Tibba between the summer months of March to June.
