Bhalu Dam is a nearby attraction of Ranikhet. It is a artificial lake. In year 1903, British Government was constructed this lake. The dam sight has been blessed with some natural beauties, spectacular views of the Himalayan Mountains, delectable calmness and attractive surroundings.
Bhalu Dam provide the delightful view of Himalayan and it is perfect place for camping and picnicking. Throughout the year this place is visited by the tourists.
